Small souvenir for my friend :) This is cute little Lion named Rrr-Meow. Yep, exactly like that - Rrr-Meow. He is fully beaded without scheme. (well, actually his lower paws may be rather like some schemes you may find out in internet, but I didn't follow any of them).
Planned as mobile charm it went out too big so my friend use this as a monitor charm :D
Used TOHO 11 and 15 beads.

Well, people keep asking how long did it take and if I have a step-by-step tutorial or pattern.
So, it took few days of work, but actually longer because of delays.
And I'm sorry - but I didn't take photos in progress, and didn't make any schemes. But you may search with google for beaded toys - there are some patterns and tips to get started with.
And I think about making one more lion so maybe there will be something like tutor... one day :eyes:

So cute! I wonder if these things have a certain name instead of just a beaded doll? I thought it was Amigurumi, at least that's what I think that name is, but I think I'm wrong XD. I had one before and it was a Pikachu my friend got me.

Amigurumi - is an art of knitting or crocheting, not beading. Actually it IS possible to adopt amigurumi patterns for beading but it was not the way I did it and also I don't think it will remain "amigurumi". So... I call it beaded toy or doll after all :)
